In this special presentation we will explore the contribution of this ubiquitous duo to the American Songbook and the body of jazz standards. This show will take a look at their most famous compositions, and the dynamics of their colorful relationship. Louis Rudner will be premiering brand new arrangements, and accompanied by Tony Genge (Piano) and John Lee (Drums) they will be giving a fresh take on these time tested standards. This is the first in a series highlighting the connection between jazz music and Jewish people, culture, and sounds.
