Event Description

A night of uplifting, hopeful, defiant and soulful music by Sonny Stitt, Dr. Lonnie Smith, Ray Charles, George Benson, and Cannonball Adderly.

Drummer Hans Verhoeven from Nanaimo BC has lived and worked in some of the most vibrant music scenes in Canada. Recognized for his authenticity and joy of play, he has accompanied Oscar Stagnaro, Brandi Disterheft, Dave Turner and Hugh Fraser amongst others.
