Victoria BC Ska Society has been dabbling a lot more in recent years in the Latin/Reggae/Ska flavours and this show represents one of its best combinations to date! LOS RASTRILLOS blew everyone away at Victoria's 8th Annual Ska Festival at Market Square are back for a second helping of our Skankster's Paradise. Their blend of Latin, reggae, ska and jazz is irresistible and they will have the whole Harbour dancing into a crazy frenzy!


TEQUILA MOCKINGBIRD ORCHESTRA are now the apple of Victoria's eyes! This gyspy/jazz/ska/Latin groove band have been making waves at the festival since their first appearance at the Reef in 2007 following Victoria's 8th Annual Ska Festival Kick Off Show at Market Square. The band also played at Victoria's 9th Annual Ska Festival last year headlining the Friday Free Show at the Inner Harbour alongside Toronto's Staylefish and Victoria's Jon & Roy.

Finally, THIRD EYE TRIBE from Vancouver will round out the bill. Third Eye Tribe led by Jacob Cino & Ndidi Cascade have been reggae/dancehall/dub favourites on the westcoast of Canada and the US for many years. Last November Third Eye Tribe blew Victoria away with a mesmorizing two-hour set opening for Bermuda's Collie Buddz @ Sugar Nightclub. As people still rave about that show today they'll get one of their last chances to see the full Third Eye Tribe crew in Victoria as Jacob Cino is set for a hiatus in Eastern Canada this fall. After this show there is another wicked concert at Element Nightclub featuring Montreal's legendary JAH CUTTA & DETERMINATION W/ SUBATOMIC SOUND SYSTEM & JACOB CINO!
