Non-profit run and created by the community, ArtsVictoria.ca integrates current event listings and multimedia arts portfolios, and creates an explorable, living archive of the arts in Victoria BC.
Depending on which classification of resource your profile falls into, it may be linked to to shows or other relevant profiles in our database via your resource name.
Please note that once the profile is linked, only an administrator will be able to edit the actual resource name.
This safety feature is in place to prevent damage to linked show listings, which in turn affects the archived data belonging to other users of our system.
We are also able to enter aliases for your resource name, so that you may still be linked or found in our directories when searched or listed by common mispellings, for instance. An alias can also save you time if you enter many shows into our system. An example may be "LMV" for Live Music Vancouver. Please contact us to see how we can help you.
