Event Description

Red Hot Swing is bringing the joy of vintage jazz-era dance, to modern audiences.
Whether you're a complete beginner to swing, or already enjoy Lindy Hop, Charleston, Balboa, and all the other swing dances, come check out what Red Hot Swings classes and socials are all about. They're fun!
Join them for an all- ages, all-levels swing dance lesson during the Capital City Syncopators’ performance, no partner or experience needed.

The Capital City Syncopators are Victoria’s finest prohibition-era jazz band, serving up an infectious mix of 1920s swing and vintage-inspired originals. Known for their sharp musicianship, playful humour, and impeccable retro style, the Syncopators breathe new life into old-time jazz with banjo-driven rhythms, tight harmonies, and a deep love for the golden age of swing.
