The Cold Cut Trio are acoustic
improvisational musicians
specializing in gypsy jazz, oldtime
swing, Parisian musette
waltzes, Eastern European folk
tunes and Latin standards.
Featuring jazz manouche guitars,
accordion and sweet vocals.
At the trio’s core are Christopher
Sartisohn lead guitar, Aaron
Watson rhythm
guitar/accordion/vocals and Joey
Smith upright bass.
