As many of you already know, our long-serving Coastal Jazz production manager Lawrence Anthony suffered a brain hemorrhage in April, 2008. Thankfully, with the support of his family, many friends and colleagues, and through his own sheer dogged determination, Lawrence is making a comeback. However, his road to recovery remains a long and expensive one. To help alleviate the financial burden, and to celebrate a great individual and fellow member of Vancouver’s tight-knit arts community, we are having another fun-filled fundraiser for our dear friend. Come and enjoy a great evening of music and camaraderie while diggin’ the hip sounds of Spygirl, Rumba Calzada, Peggy Lee Band, Kate Hammett-Vaughan Quintet, Brad Turner Quartet, and DJ Robbie Dub. Lots of fundraising pranks included.
