Event Description
Maurice is a pop/rock band out of Vancouver, BC. The group’s momentum has been steadily building after performances with Our Lady Peace, Pilot Speed (formerly Pilate), Sarah Slean, Minus The Bear, Finger 11 and Matthew Barber, among other notable acts throughout Canada. The band caught the interest of Grammy award-winning producer David Foster with their recorded demos and in 2007 the group finalized a contract with Warner Brothers/143 Records and began work on their debut album, with producer/engineer Matt Hyde (Sum 41, Slayer, No Doubt, Porno for Pyros).
