Event Description

Suddenly, her music is danceable, with distortion guitar and feedback, Rykka plays rock that slaps you in the face. "Kodiak" is the new album, which she has taken this style change. Wrote the songs she recorded in a remote cabin in Europe, then in Vancouver; on Canada's west coast on the ocean, but also in the immediate vicinity of high mountains. Unusual poetry of an unusual and exciting new artist.

VanCity's version of Led Zeppelin - RESIDENTIAL BEAR will round out the night and take the party into the wee hours, with live classic rock to 2:30am
