Event Description

The Texas based Bassinova Quartet is an ensemble of four double bass players. They focus on showcasing the range, virtuosity, and musicality of their beloved instrument. The quartet brings together four international laureates to perform quartets by Beethoven, Shostakovich, and a newly composed work by Victoria composer Nathan Friedman for double bass quartet and baritone saxophone.
