2016 Vancouver Island Music Awards (VIMA) Vocalist of the year, Cari Burdett, thrills her audiences with by fusing genres of folk, jazz and art song in five languages. Burdett’s rich alto voice stirs the heart as she takes listeners around the world. Be transported with a 40’s French Swing, a Spanish Gypsy Jazz song, a Swedish folk tune, an aching Italian love melody and new originals by Cari.
