Event Description

Join the Noedy HD Trio for an evening of original music and jazz standards at The Coda.
Led by Cuban-Canadian saxophonist and composer Noedy Hechavarria Duharte, the trio features Hans Verhoeven on drums and Matisse Gubby-Hurtig on bass. The group brings together contemporary jazz, Afro-Cuban influences, and the spirit of improvisation in a performance that is both energetic and intimate.

Drawing from original compositions as well as selected jazz standards, the Noedy HD Trio creates a dynamic musical conversation that highlights the individuality of each musician while celebrating the tradition of the jazz trio.
