Event Description

A native of Prince Edward Island, Lennie Gallant is a prolific songwriter/performer who has released seven critically-acclaimed recordings and garnered numerous awards and nominations from the Juno and East Coast Music Awards. His music runs the gamut from rootsy rock to soulful acoustic and all points in between with Celtic and Acadian influences. A recent inductee into the Order of Canada, Gallant was recognized for the power and beauty of his stirring songs of Atlantic Canada.
