Opening Reception is Thursday, October 5, 6:30 - 8:30 With jazz pianist Attila Fias and artist in attendance. Artist welcomes visitors to Fortune Gallery on Sat Oct 21 and Sat Oct 28 from 1:00 to 4:00. Artist talk on Sat Oct 21 at 1:00.

Event Description

In Handwritten, Philip Mix shares his latest series of paintings and returns to the figural work that first launched his career. Using the rich terrain of gestural language, the artist continues his life-long exploration of our emotional and psychic spheres, placed within a continuum of time and space.
