Hands-on Saturday morning workshop using collage to explore what matters to you.

Event Description

Sometimes the next step becomes clearer when you stop thinking about it and start creating instead.
This 90-minute workshop uses guided collage-making to help you slow down, reflect on where you are, and explore what you want your next chapter to look like. You'll work with magazines, images, colour, and text to build something personal and meaningful, a visual map of what matters to you right now.

What we'll do together:
→ A grounding exercise to settle in and arrive
→ Guided creative prompts to help you reflect on where you are and where you want to go
→ Time to create your own collage piece using provided materials
→ Gentle group sharing and reflection (only what feels comfortable)

This workshop may be a good fit if you're:
→ Wanting a creative, screen-free way to spend a Saturday morning
→ Curious about art therapy but looking for something low-pressure to start
→ In the middle of a life change and looking for clarity
→ Feeling stuck or uncertain about what comes next

Limited to 8 participants. No art experience needed. All materials provided. Just bring yourself.
